Valentines Day at Wild

On Valentine’s Day we will offer a wonderful Prix Fixe menu ($100pp) with optional wine pairings ($30pp) for that special evening with your loved one(s).

Our normal menu will not be available, but we will have a few additional options on the bar menu for guests not ordering the Prix Fixe menu.

1st Course
Buckwheat Blini and Caviar
Chopped egg whites, yolks, red onion, capers and crème friche

Wine Pairing: Sauvage Champagne

2nd Course
Lobster Bisque
Lobster meat, tarragon whip cream, chive batons

Wine: A by Acacia Chardonnay

3rd Course (Diners Choice)
Double Bone Berkshire Pork Chop
Pomegranate, butternut squash, mustard greens and turnips

Pan Seared Halibut
Smashed fingerling potatoes Chinese long beans, miso barre blanc

Wine: Caposaldo Pinot Grigio

4th Course
Strawberry Mouse Torte with Chocolate
Hazelnut crust, strawberry mouse, chocolate discs
