What defines “group dining” at Wild?

Parties of 14 or more fall into the category of Group Dining. We have designed special menus to help create a seamless ordering and service experience for our guests. 

Do you have private dining rooms?

Yes. We have two, in fact. 

The Ivy Room is a quiet and quaint private room with a beautiful ivy nook and a seating capacity for up to 22 people. The Ivy Room has three different room arrangements. The maximum at one combined table is 14 and then we could do another table arrangement for 6 people.

The Gallery is a large, spacious, community style dining room with two large, community-style dining tables that seat 12 each.  The maximum number of guests for this room is 37. We have several seating arrangements that can fit a wide variety of groups.

The two rooms open up with adjoining large sliding doors to combine into large room that seats up to 46 people.

Additionally, we have a food trailer and satellite bar on the green. Please inquire for more information.

Do we have to order from the group dining menus?

Yes. The guest experience is our priority and our group dining menu options have been curated to help ensure that all menu items arrive at your table as evenly and efficiently as possible. 

What if I don’t like something on the group dining menus and want to swap out an item for something different?

We can customize group dining menus for the most discriminate tastes. Simply let the Special Events Director know about your dietary preferences when booking your event. Please note that there may be an up-charge to add an item to your group dining menu if it is not included in your selected tier.

Can I decorate for my event?

Yes, balloons, floral arrangements and centerpieces are welcome. No open flame candles or tacks in the wall.  If you have any specific questions please direct them to the Front of House Manager.  

Is there a venue or room rental fee? What about food and beverage (F&B) minimums? 

It depends on your needs. If you are looking to host a private party in our main dining room or in one of our two private dining rooms, for an exclusive amount of time, then F&B minimums are applicable. Otherwise, we do not apply any minimums. We never charge a venue or rental fee. Please see F&B minimum section on the online reservation page.

Do you charge service fees or gratuities for large groups? 

Yes.An automatic 21% gratuity applies to all group dining events. Please note that a $3/person Service Fee is also included for groups larger than 20 or for parties who are booking a private dining room specifically for their party. This fee goes to pay for the administration and software fees for private catered events.

Is a deposit required?

All group dining reservations are secured with a 50% deposit of the estimated spend. 

Do you seat incomplete parties?

While we will always try to accommodate your party, it is requested that everyone be present to be seated. Please reference our reservation policy at:

Can I bring my own cake or dessert?

Yes, for a fee. Keep in mind that our pastry chef has created some amazing sweet selections for your group dining event! Just ask the Front of House Manager for a menu or ask about a custom cake quote. 

Do you offer kids birthday party packages?

Yes. We have a variety of packages to meet your needs with food, desert and miniature golf. If you would like to book a kid’s birthday party, please reach out to the Special Events Director at or by calling (512) 263-8099. We do not reserve private dining rooms for parties purchasing miniature golf only as a food a beverage minimum is required for all private dining rooms. Outside food and beverage is not allowed.
